Mr. A was amazingly cute (as you can see) and since he is only a month younger than my eldest daughter, I felt a particular connection with him (and our mutual fear of bees!!! :) )

She even wore that gorgeous dress~all for the sake of art! I so love maternity shoots because I get to reminisce about my two pregnancies (and remember only the good stuff, not all those aches & pains). I heard somewhere that being pregnant/having kids is like the ultimate creative act/art project. And I agree :)
