With the crazy weather and lack of electricity, I was thrown off kilter a little and forgot to post my “sneak of the sneak” for this amazing family. Some examples of their amazingness: the mom played the piano while the son played sax! (really well, too!) I am jealous of their talent(s)! Here’s just a taste

Because I started a blog about 4 years ago specifically to show off photos of my kids. Because I know Grandma still dutifully checks this one to see some pics of her beautiful granddaughters. Because I need to get back to why I started this business~to bring joy into people’s lives (I hope!)
Because I need to post more pics of my own kids here, not just on the “evil” Facebook

thank goodness for amazing mamas like Stephanie who allow the chaos that is a large play group into their home! Not sure we would have survived the loooooong school break Thank you, guys!!!

I got to reconnect with an old high school friend & fellow photographer and mama of two beautiful girlies today. It was so fun to shoot another photog’s family (especially this beautiful one!) & we had a blast in colorful deep ellum. Here is just a little taste of the awesomeness! More to come. These handsome guys were some of the first stars of my (then) new blog. They were amazing subjects then and amazing subjects now! It is really cool to see how much they have changed in less than a year. Thank you guys for inviting me back
